REAL ESTATE ADVOCACY
Jumps Law offers a one-stop for all types of legal disputes that may arise from the purchase and sale of real estate and/or landlord and tenant relationships.
Jumps Law represents developers, individual investors, owners and tenants. Although Jumps Law is effective negotiating, Jumps Law understands that litigation is sometimes unavoidable. Unlike other real estate firms, Jumps Law will meet the client’s transactional needs and provide the necessary bridge, counseling and support for the client’s litigation needs. Jumps Law advises clients in sophisticated real estate litigation matters including:
- Eminent Domain/Condemnation
- Foreclosure Sales
- Land Use and Zoning

- Restrictive Easement
- Special Use Permit
LAND USE, ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT
